A Bit About Me
I can truly say that working with companies I believe in is far more rewarding than any other business venture. My last design role was with Parkour UK and this has by far been the most rewarding area to put my skills to the test as it has helped support and encourage women in sports (something I believe in) whilst allowing me to be immersed in the world of art I love so much.
A little about me and my life outside of work; in my free time I practise bjj, mma and parkour, movement is a big part of my balanced lifestyle. Hence why I am passionate about encouraging others to move, I enjoy doing design work with this kind of message. I also love illustrating stories, campains, products and articles. I am studying a degree in illustration and animation and I’m enjoying every minute of it.

Lead the creation of a social media calendar including events from all departments helping us unify the company and generate posts that cover significant industry events, holidays and themes.

Working in the not-for-profit sector requires more creativity with projects as funds are limited, this includes initiating photo competitions to acquire more user-generated content for social posts which in turn helps improve our message, showing that we are accessible to a diverse audience.

Editing complete drafts, pulling interesting content from interviews and arranging them in a manner that keeps the viewer engaged. Here I learned how to use new software in a short space of time to edit footage and audio seamlessly together.

Managing cases and presenting them to a board of trustees in order to distribute grants to those in need. In this role I was required to set up emergency services and a fast response system during the Thomas Cook failure; a major travel company and its employees’ that needed support from ABTA LifeLine. I managed events & fundraising, finding new and creative ways to gain support for the benevolent fund.
